Shipping policy

Customers outside the UK are responsible for import VAT, taxes and fees.

Orders are dispatched in paper and cardboard packaging; please do your best to recycle these.

Processing times – orders are dispatched 1-5 days after the order has been placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Shipping costs include postage and packaging.  

Please check that your name and address is correct at the point of checkout. Refunds will not be given if the order is not received due to address errors and if the order is returned to me.  The customer will be responsible for paying postage on resent orders. 

UK Orders - Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, unless specified otherwise.  While orders should take 2-3 days to arrive, other circumstances out of my control can mean they can take longer to arrive.

International Orders - Orders are shipped International Standard and do not include tracking. Shipping outside of the UK can be unpredictable due to postal strikes, customs and other global issues, this means orders can sometimes take weeks to arrive. Please allow 30 days for your order to arrive after dispatch before contacting me. Customers are responsible for import VAT, taxes and fees. 

Refunds - If you are unhappy with your order, please send me a message and I’ll do my best to resolve the issue for you. Refunds are only given if I am contacted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Forced refunds are not accepted and will not be refunded.

Refunds are not accepted for custom-made items and for flawed items that are listed as so.
