Refund policy

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please do send me a message and I will do my best to resolve the issue for you. Please note that refunds are only given if I am contacted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Forced refunds will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Please also note that refunds will not be accepted for any bespoke items and for flawed items that are listed as so.
